    Leadership Howard County needed a business partner to identify ways to leverage technology cost efficiently, so to best serve its members, staff and the community.

    Solution

    HTA originally helped LHC with an office move, identifying ways to save on monthly expenses in the process. We have deployed a new phone system, server upgrade and now migrating to the cloud for all server functions.

    Challenge

    The Howard County Chamber of Commerce needed cost-effective and scalable solutions to best serve its members. Additionally Chamber staff required faster and more reliable technical support.

    Solution

    HTA implemented a hosted cloud phone system, and migrated all server functions to the cloud.

    The HR Team workforce is largely away from the office, and these team members regularly struggled with secure remote access to server based files. Server performance was inconsistent and remote access was not encrypted.

    Solution

    HTA implemented secure and easy to use remote access. As the server system was to be replaced, we migrated to a cloud solution for files, domain controller and two-factor authentication.

    TRVP is a not-for-profit, providing independent living, lifestyle, and continuing care.

    Challenge

    The Residences at Vantage Point had previously utilized a single IT person to support its administration needs. As resident expectations increased, TRVP needed a more robust support team to provide greater security, upgrade its wireless network, and deliver more proactive support.

    Solution

    HTA initially deployed a new wireless soluton, expanding coverage to better serve residents. Since then, we have been involved with multiple upgrade and expansion projects as the community has grown.

    CIM had been using a single IT person who had a different full-time job. They only had technical services after hours. Additionally many processes were manual and/or outdated.
