Tier II Help Desk Engineer for Managed Services

This is not an entry level position.  The Help Desk Engineer will provide remote IT support to our Managed Services clients. This includes resolving issues for all technologies, including; workstations, servers, printers, networks, security, vendor specific hardware and software.

Project Engineer (Tier III)

The Project Engineer will serve as one of our most highly skilled technicians and architects.  They will also serve as an escalation point for our Managed Services Team, providing remote IT support to our clients.
