Help Desk Engineer for Managed Services

Our Managed Services clients pay us to be proactive, and eliminate or reduce downtime. When systems go down, our service desk quickly engage remotely to resolve issues as fast as possible. With a broad understanding of technology, you feel comfortable researching or escalating any issue you are unable to resolve. You also possess strong interpersonal skills, are meticulous about documentation, and think proactively to support clients remotely or identify when a field tech needs to go onsite.

Field Tech for Hourly Services

Our Hourly Services clients call us as needed, and are looking for cost effective IT support. They expect issues to be solved as quickly as possible, with updates on resolution and cost. This role requires excellent troubleshooting skills, with the confidence of knowing when an issue is beyond your capacity.  You must have strong communication skills and attention to detail.
