Jay Joins Howard Tech!

At the end of April we welcomed Jay to our Howard Tech team. He joins us as a Managed Services Assistant. You can find him in our build room working on computers, configurating new user machines, installing and setting up Windows10 and other software. Jay will also help with receiving and unpackaging shipments and stocking supplies.

Most recently Jay worked as a packer for Amazon, putting in 12 hour days. He looks forward to working a more regular work schedule with colleagues that understand him. He enjoys being in the technology industry since he’s seen how far computers have come starting from his childhood days using Nintendo 64 and Windows 95. One of his proud achievements is his creation of an indie comic book and he would like to obtain CompTIA Network+ and Security+ certifications.

Video games are Jay’s hobby and his Steam library is in the upper double digits (almost triple!). He also enjoys drawing, writing, and studying cartooning. His favorite book is Against All Enemies by Tom Clancy and he likes to eat ice cream, potato chips, and cereal. Lastly, Jay’s favorite gadget is his gaming PC which he uses for both work and play.

We look forward to having Jay join us and contribute his skills and talents to support our team and clients.
