Community Events: April 2017

This month, we have a lot to share about how the Howard Tech Advisors Team is giving back to our community.George Wilson 5k Logo

Our Field Engineer, Alex Rubenstein, will be supported by others at HTA at the second annual George Wilson Jr. Memorial Scholarship 5k Fun Run & Walk on May 20th in Gaithersburg. Alex and other attendees will be honoring and celebrating the life of George, Alex’s stepfather who passed away in November 2015. George was known for his “passion for life.” His family, friends, and colleagues valued “his expertise in information technology, and appreciated and benefitted from his vision for the seamless integration of business, information technology, and accounting.”  All of the proceeds will be donated to the George W. Wilson, Jr. Scholarship Fund that embraces his vision for the future of information technology by supporting deserving students who wish to become CPAs and share George’s vision for the profession.

If you would like to join Alex, HTA, and others on May 20th, register or donate here.
